Performance Features

1.  This machine is suitable for processing various end faces of aluminum profiles, and can be adapted to system doors and windows as well as broken bridge aluminum mullion profiles.

2.  High-precision linear guide rails, ball screws, and rack-and-pinion servo motors ensure smooth movement and high positioning and processing accuracy.

3. It adopts 4KW high-speed dual output shaft spindle motor, which ensure stable rotation, low noise and strong cutting ability.

4. The equipment can load 4 milling cutters (saw blades) at the same time. The left head spindle is reversible, making cutting more convenient, and it can be processed and formed in one go after loading.

5.  Using DAZU intelligent control system and connecting optimization software, scanning code processing can be realized, which is convenient and fast, making the equipment more intelligent.
